Thursday is tastey

Breakfast
- Oatmeal with blueberries
- Water

Lunch
- 2 slices of pizza
- 40 ounces of water

Dinner
- fish sticks, 2 bacon balls and spinach pasta
- 10 preztels
- 1 very berry smoothie

Wednesday Standing

Today I was at a Minority Supplier Trade Show so I was standing most of the day.

Breakfast
- cherry danish
- water

Lunch
- Shrimp Chowder
- Salad
- Cheese raviolis in cream sauce
- 3 rolls
- 5 mini candy bars

Dinner
- Southwest Cassirole
- Water

Snacks- Chips and Salsa

Exercise - Standing all day, swimming for 30 minutes

Also, I found out I passed my final class so I can now say I have an MBA.

Tuesday is Test Day

Today I had my Volvo Health Review and I had 195 Cholesterol, BMI of 26.6, blood pressure of 130/88 and a pulse rate of 66.  The advice I got was to watch my portions, work out more and eat more grains.  The same thing everyone is told.  The food I ate afterwards was in honor of my good score.

Breakfast (after health test)
- 2 donuts
- 32 ounces of gatorade

Lunch
- Pizza from costco
- churro

Dinner
- 4 Egg Rolls

Snacks
- I took pizza dough, cooked up some bacon and then made little bacon balls, fried in hot oil.

Exercise - not much

- Frozen Yogurt with Butterfinger

Exercise - Ran for 35 minutes

- salmon and salad

- Slice of Combo Pizza
- 32 ounces of water

- 6 chika-fila nuggets w/buffalo sauce
- 1 homemade spicey pizza
- 12 ounces of apple juice

Wednesday is Greek Day

Today, I heard some interesting information.  A coworker told me that diet drinks limit your memory.  What does that mean to me?  Go Sun Devils.  I am sorry, what were we talking about?

Breakfast
- Eggs
- 44 ounces Diet Dr Pepper
- something else but after the Diet drink, I can't quite remember

Lunch
- Pork Gyro with fries
- 40 ounces of water
- root beer lolypop - my memory is much better after the water flushed the diet drink out of my system

Dinner
- Halibut Dinner with egg, cream, olives and tomatoes
- 12 ounces of water

Snacks
- 3 cookies
- 32 ounces of water

Exercise - Ran for 25 minutes

That is right, 206 after 2 weeks.  I gained 2.5 lbs last week.  It was worth it.  The Jersey Cafe was worth 2.5 lbs.  And since I do not have to travel for a couple of weeks, I think I can get down to at least 200.

Breakfast
- Banana

Lunch
- SJ's birthday snacks (but no cup cakes)
- Cressant with a sunny side up Egg

Dinner
- Enchallada
- Salad
- Nachos

After Dinner
- Cube Steak sandwich
- Water
- 3 of Jamie Lindsays cookies

Exercise - Swimming for 30 minutes

Weekend Treats

Saturday
Breakfast
- 2 eggs
- Bunch of Bacon
- 10 ounces of apple juice

Lunch
- Costco combo pizza
- Costco bread samples
- 32 ounce diet coke

Dinner
- spagetti and meatballs (which I made)
- 32 ounces of Water
- handful of reese pieces

Excercise - Ran for 30 minutes, played in the pool with Clara

Sunday
Breakfast -  2 Bananas

Lunch
- 5 ounce steak
- Mashed potatoes

Dinner
- 3 Enchiltas
- Diet coke
- Nachos laters in the evening

On a side note, Nicolle watched Diners, Drive ins and Dives and felt better about the food I ate on thursday.
