Today I had my Volvo Health Review and I had 195 Cholesterol, BMI of 26.6, blood pressure of 130/88 and a pulse rate of 66. The advice I got was to watch my portions, work out more and eat more grains. The same thing everyone is told. The food I ate afterwards was in honor of my good score.
Breakfast (after health test)
- 2 donuts
- 32 ounces of gatorade
Lunch
- Pizza from costco
- churro
Dinner
- 4 Egg Rolls
Snacks
- I took pizza dough, cooked up some bacon and then made little bacon balls, fried in hot oil.
Exercise - not much
