The first day of the rest of my life

In an attempt to lose the spare tire that both of us have, Jeff and Greg Sherwood will watch what we eat and how we exercise.

Breakfast -
  • 4 Eggs once over easy
  • 44 ounces of Diet Dr Pepper
  • 20 ounces of water
  • Said no to a chocolate chip cookie
Lunch -
  • Joey Bag of Donuts Burrito from Moes
  • Chips & Salsa
  • 16 ounce Diet Coke
Dinner -
  • Beans and Rice
  • 16 Ounces of water
  • 4 ounce smoothie
Exercise -
  • 30 minutes running at a average of 5.5 mph
