Weekend update

This weekend I did OK

Sat Breakfast

- Biscuit, Bacon and egg
- Apple Juice

Sat Lunch
- 10 Chika Fila nuggets
- Water

Sat Dinner
- Fallafel
- Cucumber
-Salsa & Chips

Sunday Breakfast
- 2 bananas
- 20 ounces of water

Sunday Lunch
- Left overs (Fallafel, Salsa & Chips, Navijo Taco)
- 16 ounces of diet coke

Sunday Dinner
- 2 hamburgers
- 16 ounces of water
- Preztels

One week now, and I am surprised how many people off me bad food.
