French Dark Chocolate & Hazelnuts

Breakfast
- 1 Egg, 5 ounce cube steak & toast
- 8 ounces of water

Snack
- 5 ounce Cube Steak
- 20 ounces water
- 1/2 dark Chocolate and hazelnut bar (the dark stuff is healthy)

Lunch
- Facacia Chicken Salad (a salad not a chicken salad)


- 20 ounces Diet Dr Pepper

Dinner
- Steak Sandwich
Bunch of Water
- 3 cookies

Exercise

 - 1.5 hours of old man basketball
